| Very good start on our engine. Just make sure you change the jump to "W".
I assume you made it so you couldn't change directions in mid-air as well as ensuring that if you jump straight up you can't make a last minute decsion to go to the left or right.
I am very impressed with your engine. Yuo have contributed a lot to the project. For that, you make me proud. BTW: Can you send me the .gmk?
Thanks, Commander~DEST
P.S: I will add the EXE to the download page.

| Sure can, but I'll send you the file with another exe which looks better. I'll tweak the code a bit too and ermove the unnecessary object | |

| Alright. Thanks once again. Remember to chaneg the button to "W", because that's what it will end up being anyway. | |

| I have 1 problem though, if you jump sideway, you will always land a set amount of pixils in the direction you jumped. If and object is a little far away from you and you try to jump on it... You could end up missing it completely. You need to find a way so you can jump to the possition you wan't to jump to. | |

| and how could you do that in real life? lets assume you are immortal and you jump from a scyscraper. You want to land on the taxi jsut below it but oh noes, you miscalculated and your ground velocity is too high. How could you change the velocity? You can't
And, in this game there wont be any spikes or lavas or holes to jump over, maybe mines

| What ARE yall talking about? When we manipulate the x and y values seperately, the user will jump and hold left or right long enough for the desired landing... | |

| This game is not based on some hopping and jumping over places!(or over lava or spikes or maybe some koopas)
This is about shooting, and jumping is only done when you jump ovet the metal boxes. I can easily edit it so you can manually control the place where you land at, but that is not realistic.
