| Hi! I merged some textboxes I had done before and improved them a bit with one example I downloaded somewhere ages ago. DOWNLOAD LINK: http://www.mediafire.com/?xtlmnoutiyyit automatically lines the text, and you can skip it to the end and show next message with just one click! | |

| Hegemege, that is a very efficient text box engine. You have done well. I will add this to the download page. | |

| Sure, but I think the credit won't fully go to the right owner because I copied some stuff from others examples. You can always include my name in any credits though send me a PM if you want the gmk | |

| Um... Hegemege. I encountered a problem. When you set the variable "line_length". Does it measure in characters or pixels. I think it measures in characters and that could create very uneven lines, because some characters are wider than others. | |

| So what exactly is this engine going to be used for? Intro scenes before levels? The tutorial? Battle log? Credits? | |

| I was thinking that it would be used in intro scenes, as subtitles. We can also use it in other places if we want prelined text somewhere and we can take the typing part out easily. | |

| For those of you who haven't heard, I am upgrading this Textbox Engine into a Dialogue Engine, which will go on to include our Level 1 text and a few graphical enchancements. I will have this done very soon. And then I will combine this to the Main engine once Hegemege is finished updating it. Sound good? | |

| Looks good but I think that you should place the icons in the middle part(raise them by the height of the textbox) so that there's more space for text. I think the colors were a bit off in the bar, maybe something darker? And, include the name of the current speaker in the text or make a little box for it just above the text or something...
Well done! | |

| Resource Pack 3 will probably be around December 12.
As for the color and text, that will be no problem, I'll get those fixed. But I really don't think we should chaneg the position of the icons. If we ever need some more space, you can just put "..." and then continue on the next page.
I'll change color and text, but yeah, I really don't see any problem with the position.

| Well, I managed to get it done. The only problem that I see that might cause us grief is the Commander Zie text. It looks too long to be put there. Either I make the text smaller, abbreviate it to "Cdr. Zie, adjust the layout to make some more room, or just leave it as it is. Dialogue Engine (version 2): -Source-Executable-New layout and colors the textbox area. -An extra 8 pixels in length for the text. -View speaker's name. -Fade out player's name and photo when they aren't speaking. | |

| That's good! Well, at least this can't in anyway be considered worse than the last version! Are you still having that glitch you mentioned earlier?
So my next assignment is to add this to your engine once your done, as well as some animations and sound effects. I'll also try to find some time this weekend to work on soundtracks.
And all of you guys know what to do, so keep on working hard! We are really making headway on this game!
